WASHINGTON

Everyone has heard of Lake Chelan. "Let's go swimming in Lake Chelan!" "Let's take the boat out at Lake Chelan" Lake Chelan, Lake Chelan, LAKE CHELAN! That's all we ever hear about...what if we went deeper than Lake Chelan?

Forks, WA

"This is the skin of a killer, Bella". This is more than just a town from Twilight. But it's also really known for being the town in Twilight so we're going to play that up.

Leavenworth, WA

Everyone and their mother has been to Leavenworth during Christmas. But, did you know they also have other seasons?

Lynden, WA

Full of flowers and incredible bakeries, this town is stunning. There's also a multi-story windmill with a restaurant and Airbnbs where I coined the phrase "Eatin' at the bottom, sleepin' at the top" and seem to be the only one who finds that hilarious.

North Cascades

Full of insanely gorgeous views and emerald green water. Also, be sure to check the alarm test schedule for the dam so you don't think it's the end for you while you're hiking in the summer. LOL (I didn't actually lol...I actually grabbed my chest and bent in half once I realized it was a test)

Quincy, WA

"There's nothing in Quincy!" I used to think. That's actually not even close to the truth. It's STUNNING. That's where The Gorge Amphitheater is. That's where one of the most beautiful Airbnbs I've ever stayed at is. And that's where a beautiful winery is where you also get to take the wine glass home from your wine tasting is. And that's dope.

Tacoma, WA

Seattle's step-sister.

IMG_1431_edited.jpg

An oasis in the desert of Eastern Washington. Even though she keeps growing year after year, Trader Joe's will be damned to set up shop there.

Tri_Cities_WA.jpg

Ellensburg, WA

"A town that only a mother could love".  You can't get mad at me for saying that because that's literally a quote in the Kittitas County Museum. You're really going to be mad at me for sharing local history?

IMG_3247.jpg

La Conner, WA

This is a town that is more than just it's tulips. It has rich history, great shops, and a heck of a view of the Swinomish Channel. This is also where I saw an Apocalypse Super Truck that's worth $150,000.

Longview, WA

When I think of Longview, I think of squirrel bridges. I also think of Hotel Hell with Gordon Ramsey when he filmed at the Hotel Monticello and it shut down in 2016. Don't worry, I'm not going to recommend it.

Mt. Rainier

This was my first national park. My parents took me as a baby and I continued to visit throughout my childhood without actually understanding it was a national park. Seriously one of the best places on planet earth.

Port Townsend is what kicked off our idea of creating this entire internet legacy. We stayed in a land boat, in a Prevost RV, and I knew had something good.

If you haven't heard of Seattle, I don't know what to tell you. I feel like if I say anything positive or negative it will be taken as a political stance.

Spokane, WA

The popular girl in Eastern Washington. She has it all: history, beauty, and the claim-to-fame of being the location of the 1974's World's Fair. Also where Tri-Citians need to travel if they want to see Broadway.

IMG_8694.jpg

Walla Walla, WA

So nice, they named her twice. Also a great field trip destination for elementary students to learn about the bloody and violent massacre at the Whitman Mission.
